In Ayutthaya war ein nachts feiernder Pickupfahrer überhaupt nicht erbaut, dass er nachts um 2 die wegen Ausgangssperre eh schon wenig benutzten Strassen auch noch mit einer Gruppe von nächtlichen Motorradrasern teilen musste, und fuhr 4 aus der Gruppe kurzerhand über den Haufen.

Danach war er zu besoffen zum Weiterfahren...

In acht weiteren Orten von Thailand soll ab der kommenden Woche die nächtliche Ausgangssperre aufgehoben werden. Entsprechende Pläne hat das Tourismusministerium veröffentlicht. Dazu gehören Krabi, Phang Nga, Trang, Hat Yai, Koh Chang, Cha-am, Hua Hin und Chiang Mai

Angeblich heute Abend um 20.30 Uhr. Auf welchem Kanal weiss ich leider nicht, wuerde aber auf Channel 5 tippen.

Der thailändische Militärherrscher will das Volk zum Glück zwingen und führt einen Index für die Zufriedenheit ein. Seine Gegner dürfen sich nicht versammeln - und werden darum kreativ.
Ist wohl kein Witz: Außerdem verkündete ein Militärsprecher, Prayuth wolle einen Index für das Glücksgefühl seiner Bürger einführen.

Angeblich die gleiche Summe die ein Suthep wegen seiner Mordanklage hinlegen musste.

Prayuth: #ThaiCoup done ”to safeguard democracy”, judiciary not working, country was becoming ”immoral”

Prayuth: HM The King has clearly shown us that good governance is important.

There were a few good things [before the coup], but I will focus on the problems tonight.

We understand we live in a democratic world. Is our country ready? We need to adjust ourselves, remove ”parliamentary dictatorship”

What we’re doing is to try to bring everything ”back to normal”, prepare ourselves for AEC in 2015

We’ll consider criticisms and if they benefit our country, they will be implemented.

If we can’t keep situation under control under martial law, then no law in the world can.

Reconciliation Center: opportunity for people with disagreements to talk to each other with military as mediator.

And after Prayuth's speech, the military lifted its curfew in Cha-am, Hua Hin, Krabi and Pang-nga. Just in time for the full-moon party.
