Dear Valued Passenger,
Passengers who travel on all domestic flights operated by Thai smile (WE), all international flights operated by Thai Airways (TG) excepting for Bangladesh, Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia may use internet/mobile check-in within 24 hours before departure time or the Self Check-in Kiosk within 12 hours which are located at Row B, C, D, E, H and J for your fast and easy check-in avoiding and reducing the long passengers queue.

Passengers may also drop their luggage at:
- Self-Bag Drop Kiosk at Row B (B1-B4), C (C1-C2), D (D1-D4), J (J1-J4) and Row E (E1-E19)
- Internet/Mobile Check-in Bag Drop Counter for Domestic routes at Row B (B5-B6), International
routes at Row D (D5-D10) and Row J (J5-J10)
Online Self Check-in does not apply to the following cases,
- Passengers traveling with an infant or pregnant passenger.
- Passenger with limited mobility, need special assistance, airport services such as wheelchairs.
- Passenger age of 5-17 years who traveling alone – Unaccompanied Minors (UM), Young
Passengers (YP) and need assistance, etc.
- Passenger who have excessive/oversized baggage please contact check-in staff at service desks
counter D5-D10 or J5-J10.
- Passenger who are required entry visa for the destination country and need to present the
document to the check-in staff.
